Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund for the purchase price plus applicable taxes to your original payment method.

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. For health and safety reasons, food items and chew toys cannot be returned once opened.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Jiminy's Training Treats
For the safety of all our pets, we do not refund food products or accept returns, regardless of whether the product has been opened or not. If your pet is not happy with the treats, we recommend donating them to a local shelter.

West Paw Love it Guarantee
West Paw will replace toys, treats, and accessories that aren't up to snuff within 6 months of your purchase. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. West Paw reserves the right to issue a replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. One-time replacement per household per toy design (not per purchase).
