Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. Some products have special refund policies. Jiminy's Training Treats
For the safety of all our pets, we do not refund food products or accept returns, regardless to whether to product has been opened or not. If your pet is not happy with the treats, we recommend donating them to a local shelter.

West Paw Love it Guarantee
West Paw will replace toys, treats, and accessories that aren’t up to snuff within 6 months of your purchase. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. West Paw reserves the right to issue a replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. One-time replacement per household per toy design (not per purchase).
