Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. Some products have special refund policies. Please check this page for your product to see if any apply.

Jiminy's Training Treats

For the safety of all our pets, we do not refund food products or accept returns, regardless to whether to product has been opened or not. If your pet is not happy with the treats, we recommend donating them to a local shelter.

West Paw Love it Guarantee

West Paw will replace toys, treats, and accessories that aren’t up to snuff within 6 months of your purchase. Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. West Paw reserves the right to issue a replacement or an alternative product based on each individual situation. One-time replacement per household per toy design (not per purchase). Valid receipt required. If approved, replacement orders will ship within one week of submission. If you have a West Paw product you would like to replace, please click the link here.

2 Hounds Design Harness Chewing Warrenty

2 Hounds Design offers chewing warranty replacements at a small fee for harnesses that have been destroyed by feisty puppies. If your dog has chewed their harness, please click the link here for your warranty replacement.
