Service Description
At New Moon Pet Training, we provide a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation with our certified trainer. During this call, we will discuss your objectives and determine if our services meet your needs. We utilize a science-based, gentle training approach. We will assist you in selecting the most suitable training option—whether it's group classes, private sessions, or virtual training—to foster a strong bond and effective communication with your pet.
Please provide a valid phone number when booking your free 30-minute consultation. I will contact you at your scheduled time via your chosen method: phone call or Zoom meeting. Zoom links are sent automatically after booking. For Zoom consultations: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device with camera/microphone capabilities. If technical issues occur during the Zoom call, we will continue the consultation via phone. Consultations can only be scheduled during my office hours and may need to be rescheduled based on availability. I will notify you promptly if any schedule changes are necessary. If you cannot be reached within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your consultation will need to be rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule, please text or email me.
