Service Description
This virtual session includes the assessment and consultation portion of our Basic Manners virtual class program. During this online meeting, we'll evaluate your dog's current training level and discuss your specific goals to determine the best approach for your virtual training journey. Investment: $75 Credit Applied: The full $75 assessment fee will be credited toward your Basic Manners virtual class package if you enroll before the next scheduled orientation session. This assessment ensures we can tailor the virtual classes to your dog's needs and set you up for success in our online training program.
WHAT WE OFFER Virtual Group Classes for Basic Manners Training Maximum 4 participants per class Minimum 2 participants required to run Interactive Q&A sessions included Each participant gets individual spotlight feedback after group practice TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS You'll Need: Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps recommended) Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera/microphone Zoom app installed and updated Quiet, well-lit training space Join 5 minutes early for tech check EQUIPMENT TO HAVE READY Required: High-value training treats (pea-sized, soft) 6-foot standard leash (no retractable) Well-fitted collar or harness Treat pouch or bowl A clicker Things to use as distractions SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS Payment: Due before first class (Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App) Cancellations: 24-hour notice required Missed Classes: No refunds, but all classes are recorded Recordings: Available up to 1 month after last class via Google Drive CLASS FORMAT Virtual Etiquette: Stay muted unless speaking Participate actively during designated times Have pet in secure, safe environment No recording by participants allowed Individual Attention: After group practice, each participant receives spotlight time for personalized feedback on their pet's progress. MULTI-PET HOUSEHOLDS Additional pets train free with separate handler required. Maximum 2 pets per household. HEALTH & SAFETY Pet must be healthy and suitable for training Disclose any bite history or aggression Positive reinforcement methods only You're responsible for safe home training environment SUPPORT Communication: Email preferred for questions Response within 48 hours Free follow-up questions for 1 month after last class Professional Discounts: 10% off for veterinary and pet professionals.
